Wanner Associates is delighted to make "our staff your staff". The firm's personnel are careful to project a sense that your association exists independently. When a member calls, he or she will feel that each staff member he or she comes in contact with works solely for your association.
If a member identifies a need to the Receptionist and she does not know the answer, she will identify the appropriate staff person (or other contact) to handle that need. Wanner Associates is careful not to give the member or caller the "runaround" to answer that need. We utilize a voice mail system but incoming calls are normally answered by the Receptionist.
