Overall Management Plan & Structure
Wanner Associates will utilize the following chart relative to assigning responsibilities to its staff.

Wanner Associates, Inc. shall appoint an Executive Director who will serve as the dedicated staff person and primary point of contact for your association. The Executive Director will be supervised by John Wanner, CAE, President of the firm.
- The Executive Director shall oversee work related to the contract and perform services related to marketing, professional development, communications, public affairs, meeting planning, and directly interact with the Board and Committees.
- The Financial Officer shall perform financial management and accounting services as outlined under Services.
- The Operations Manager will assure that the Executive Director receives the various types of administrative support necessary.
- The Communications Specialist shall perform marketing and communications duties assigned by the Executive Director.
- The Registration Coordinator shall organize materials and participant registrations for conventions and workshops.
- The Administrative Assistant shall serve as the receptionist and secretary for your association. A dedicated phone line will be set up to be answered by the association's name.
