Wanner Associates believes that providing association management is necessary to effectively forecast, strategize and plan an association's future. In other words, simply publishing newsletter, plannning convenitons, keeping records and the like is the bare minimum an association should expect from its management and staff. Our experience and expertise allows us to offer advice on proven methods of increasing your association's non-dues revenue, activities, membership, member involvement, government relations and lobbying efforts.
To facilitate a personalized and creative relationship, we feel strongly that key staff should be dedicated to specific projects. Effective, stable management is key to an organization's long-term success. We then surround that individual with expert supervision from our Certified Association Executives as well as ample support staff. Asking staff to become a "jack of all trades" is an unworkable management model in the long run. It is not our desire to replace our client's staff but to alleviate them from the time-consuming myriad of details and often frustrating responsibilities associated with meeting planning. Each of our staff are experienced and well trained in their respective areas of responsibility. Their competence frees the Executive Director to spend more time working directly with the Board of your association.
